Originally located in Essex, the company swiftly found more rewarding opportunities further afield, a journey which has seen the company grow from strength to strength and now see’s both the original co-founders reside on the Fylde Coast.

Blackpool is a perfect location to invest in property. It is an unsaturated market filled with opportunity for great returns. The town has a population of 150,000 and the demand for rental property is very high. There is hundreds of millions of pounds in investment going into Blackpool with regeneration schemes throughout the town, to breathe new life into areas with new leisure sites, hotels and restaurants. Large hotel chains Premier Inn, and Hilton are building brand new state of the art hotels on the seafronted promenade. Hilton in particular have invested £20 million in their new 130 bedroom hotel which is set to transform the street scene on the south shore coast line. Large housing developers, Persimmon, Kensingtons and Melrose are building large housing sites of affordable residential property in the area due to the demand ever growing. With property prices increasing across the Northwest, Blackpool is increasingly seen as an affordable and attractive area for workers from Manchester and Liverpool and the surrounding areas to reside.


Another massive boost to the Blackpool economy is the fracking site that became live in the summer of 2017 which has brought in excess of 15,000 jobs to Blackpool and Lancashire.
